The short version. One set of rules covers every course here, but each course has its own price, its own deliverables and its own guarantee, all set out on that course's own sales page — and where the two differ, the sales page wins. Selar takes the payment. Nothing here promises you will earn money.

1. One set of terms, many courses

These terms govern any course you buy from SounDisruptr Academy (academy.soundisruptr.com), operated by Sound Disruptor Limited ("SounDisruptr", "we", "us"), a company based in Lagos, Nigeria. By paying for any course on this site, you agree to these terms.

Each course has its own price, its own deliverables and its own guarantee, all described in full on that course's own sales page. This document covers the rules that apply the same way whichever course you bought. Where anything here conflicts with what a specific course's sales page promises you, that course's sales page controls, since it is the more specific and more recent statement of what you were sold.

2. What you are buying

Whichever course you paid for, you are buying access to that course's stated video content, live classes where the course includes them, community access, and any tools, templates or bonuses listed on that course's own sales page at the time you purchased. Any additional offer made to you after purchase — an upgrade, a discount on another course, or similar — is a separate offer under its own terms and is not part of the course you originally paid for.

3. Price and payment

Payment for every course on this site is processed by Selar, a third-party payment provider, and is subject to Selar's own payment terms in addition to this document. We do not store your card details. Prices, including any first-buyer or time-limited discount, are as stated on the specific course's sales page at checkout. A separate US-dollar checkout is available for students outside Nigeria.

4. Refunds and guarantees

The guarantee that applies to your purchase is the one stated on the sales page of the course you bought. At the date above:

Viral Music Promotion Course — 7-day full refund. Ask within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full.
TikTok Virality Course — 7-day full refund. Same terms.
The Middleman Method — the 60-Day Promise, which is not a refund. If you complete the training, use the scripts, do the outreach, keep records of it, and still have no paying client within 60 days of your cohort starting, our team works with you one-to-one until you land one. This is a support commitment, not a money-back guarantee.

Read the guarantee section on the course page before you buy so you know which of the two you are getting. Nothing in this document overrides any refund or chargeback right you may separately have under Selar's payment terms or under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.

5. No guaranteed income

Any income figures, arithmetic or examples shown on a course's sales page or inside a course are illustrative, and are generally based on real pricing our own agency charges for comparable work. They are not a promise of what you personally will earn. Your results depend entirely on the work you put in. We do not guarantee that you will make any specific amount of money, or any money at all, from any course sold here. The same applies to streams, playlist placements and follower growth.

6. Community access

Where a course includes a WhatsApp or similar community, standard group behaviour applies: other members can see your phone number and profile photo, the same way they can in any group chat. Where a community is described as free for life, that means for the life of the community as we run it — we may need to change platforms or restructure it over time, but we will not strip away access you have already paid for. We expect respectful conduct, and we may remove anyone who harasses, scams or otherwise mistreats another member, without a refund.

7. Your use of course materials

Everything you receive as part of a course — videos, scripts, templates, worksheets and any AI assistant provided — is for your own personal use in building your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly repost the course materials themselves. You are, however, explicitly encouraged to use what you learn to build and run your own business, including selling your own services to clients. That is the entire point of these courses.

8. Changes to a course

We may update or improve course content over time, including live class schedules. Nothing here promises that any particular feature of a course will remain unchanged forever, though core deliverables you have already paid for will not be taken away from you.

9. Our liability

The courses are educational material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of a course is limited to the amount you actually paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@soundisruptr.com or on WhatsApp, and we will try to resolve it directly before either side takes any other step.
